Stars & Stamps Sketch #78

This week's Stars and Stamps Sunday Sketch looked relatively straight forward
so I jumped right on it.

This is my interpretation

Funny, it has the same color scheme that I used on a Summer Card Camp card I made earlier this week.  I didn't intentionally use the same papers. Perhaps my subconscious is desperately trying to use the rest of this never-ending 7 Gypsies paper stack!  LOL

I will most likely use this sketch again and again.  I like that it's clean and simple!

Thanks for reading!

Abracadabra!

Just over 2 yrs ago I purchased this antique pie safe to go in the kitchen of Villa Gorilla.  I bought it for a great price at a consignment store.  I love this piece of furniture.

With limited actual cabinets in the kitchen, my intention was to use it storage of dishes, pots, pans, etc.  Instead, it became the game cabinet and place to put stuff we really didn't have a place for just yet.

Then, one afternoon...

The proverbial light bulb went off and "Presto-Chango!" From Pie Safe to Craft Safe! My craft supplies have a new home and are much more convenient to access!

There is some tweaking to the organization and paper storage solutions to be figured out, but I'm thrilled that my supplies are no longer shoved into the bottom of the coat closet when company is coming!

Thanks for reading! Now go get crafty!
